POLICY
Delivery Address and Contact Details
When placing an order with lokiTEK, where we are to deliver goods to you, we
require a physical street address or a PO Box. However, in certain cases we are
unable to ship to a PO Box. In these instances, we will notify you if we are
unable to deliver it to the address.
To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and
mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at
the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods and that photo
identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the
time of delivery, he/she is responsible for follow-up and possible re-shipping
costs.
Australian
Deliveries (3-5 business days)
For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas,
please
allow 3-5 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more
remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

Charges
All delivery charges are calculated at checkout. These are dependent
on size, weight and type of goods ordered, as well as the delivery method
requested. lokiTEK reserves the right to alter the delivery price stated at
checkout, in this circumstance, you will be contacted via email or phone and
provided with an updated invoice.
International
Deliveries (5-7 business days)
Shipping by International Post. All delivery charges are dependent
on size, weight and type of goods ordered.
There may be instances where delivery charges may increase slightly due to
incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the delivery charge has
increased, lokiTEK will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.

Carriers
- For Australia-wide deliveries we use Australia Post or
Australian Air Express.
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full
details of your order. lokiTEK staff will process your order as soon as
possible and provide you with regular updates
RETURNS POLICY
lokiTEK offers a 10 day return policy on items based on manufacturer return
policies. For further information not listed, please contact sales@lokitek.com.au.

Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster service,
please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order:
customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.
Products
Returned Within 10 Days Requirements
All products returned MUST be "as new" condition, 100
percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original
UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories
and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance
from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or
credit. lokiTEK reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item
that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in "as
new" condition.
Non-Defective
Goods Fee
For warranty claims on faulty goods, if we receive a product that
is found to be non-faulty, a $50 non-fault fee will be payable or
“Non-Defective Items” Policy may apply, whichever is greater. The customer will
have to pay for the shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the
customer.
Cancellation
Charges
A Cancellation Charge of $20 will be applied to orders that have
been cancelled 24 hours after the order has been placed and processed. This
charge may be waived on the conditions of the order and assessment by
management. This charge exists to cover order processing and packaging costs
incurred.
Shipping
Charges
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's
responsibility; lokiTEK will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on
replacement or exchange item(s). lokiTEK will not pay for shipping for
non-faulty or non-defective items and the customer will payment and organise
courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.
lokiTEK will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong
item was sent to the customer.
If the customer requests that the new product be shipped prior to lokiTEK
receiving the product to be exchanged, lokiTEK will invoice and charge the
customer’s credit card for the new product. Upon receipt of the original
product, lokiTEK will credit your account and credit card.
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment
in case of loss or damage.
Defective
Goods Policy
Defective returns can be returned directly to lokiTEK within 10
days from the invoice date, at lokiTEK’s discretion for credit, replacement,
exchange or repair.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any
item that is missing the UPC code will only be replaced with the same item. After
10 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.
Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.
Non-Defective
Goods Policy
Although lokiTEK is not liable to provide refund or credit note
if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the goods
cheaper elsewhere, we will accept returns within 10 days from the invoice date.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and a
credit note will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping
charges are not refunded on returned items.
lokiTEK reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the
invoice date.
