Please read the following document carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with lokiTEK when an order is placed.

General Information:

·                     The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by purchasing from lokiTEK you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

Prices:

·                     All prices are displayed in the currency selected at the top of each page. The default currency is Australian dollars; please ensure that you check the currency before placing an order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

·                     All prices are inclusive of GST.

·                     All prices shown in product listings are cash only prices.

·                     Credit card and PayPal purchases incur an additional fee shown on the checkout page.

·                     The listed recommended retail prices (RRP) of all items are only an approximation and are to be used as a guide only.

Orders & Payments:

·                     Payment for goods can be made by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal Balance through the PayPal gateway, via Direct Bank Deposit, or via a check sent through the mail. 

·                     Items will not be dispatched until paid in full.

·                     Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until lokiTEK has received full payment.

·                     Customers cannot cancel orders unless there are unexpected delays on delivery of your goods.

·                     Quantity in stock displayed on the web site should be considered as a guide only. 

·                     Orders are not binding upon lokiTEK and lokiTEK reserves the right to reject an order at its discretion.

Delivery:

·                     Title and risk in goods passes to the customer once goods have been dispatched.

·                     lokiTEK makes every effort to advise accurate delivery times, however it does not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, or other expenses incurred directly or indirectly as the result of goods not being delivered within estimated timeframes.

·                     lokiTEK can ship to any physical address in Australia, and can also deliver some items to PO Boxes.  However, deliveries to PO Boxes must be cleared with lokiTEK prior to order.

·                     The Australia Post postage price module is used only to calculate the recommended postage price for an order. lokiTEK reserves the right to edit the postage prices at any time.

·                     lokiTEK reserves the right to use either Australia Post, or any other courier service they decide on a order by order basis.

·                     lokiTEK must be notified of any change of address of the customer prior to the goods being dispatched. Any costs in relation to providing an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.

·                     All shipments must be signed for upon delivery for security purposes.  If a signature cannot be obtained on delivery, the goods will be available for pick-up from a local post-office or depot, or re-delivery may be possible.  Re-delivery may incur additional costs, which will be charged to the customer.

Returns:

·                     Under the lokiTEK 7 Day ‘No Worries’ Return Guarantee, lokiTEK will refund any items within 7 days of delivery provided they meet one of the following standards;

•  
  • The item is in the original condition as it was dispatched
  • The item was faulty on arrival

·                     Items returned under the lokiTEK 7 Day ‘No Worries’ Return Guarantee may be exchanged with either the same or a similar model, or refunded with a store credit. This is to be determined by lokiTEK on a case by case basis.

·                     For an item to be accepted under the lokiTEK 7 Day ‘No Worries’ Return Guarantee, it must be returned in the original condition as it was sent, and must include all original parts, documents and boxes.

·                     Any shipping costs associated with non-faulty returns are payable by the customer.

·                     For all non-faulty returns, a restocking fee of 20% may be subtracted from the store credit issued. 

·                     Please contact us immediately if your item develops any faults within 7 days. lokiTEK does not accept any liability for costs in relation to faults that have not been reported within 7 days of delivery, although you can have your item repaired or obtain replacement products under Manufacturer Warranties.

·                     All products sold by lokiTEK are covered by full Australian Manufacturer Warranties, which usually provide 12 months cover for full repair or replacement of faulty items, however warranty periods and terms may vary.

·                     If products are returned to lokiTEK without Return Authorisation, or returned goods are found to be not faulty, customers must pay shipping costs and an additional service fee may be charged.  Any missing components or accompanying items may result in rejection of the returned goods.
